Hi Folks,
I've been lurking around for a while and decided to get a pair of used extreme monos!  (hope to get them this weekend...can't wait!)  They'll be driving Martin Logan Ascent i's.  My question is: what is the power output into 4 ohms?  Do they double to 600W?  

I have all the confidence in the world they they'll drive the Ascent w/o issue, so I'm curious more than anything.

Hi Bob,

Actually,  the pure RMS  rating is >  200 Watts,  and you're looking at around > 350 W  into 4 Ohm,  but so what ?  That's pretty much meaningless.  Look at the current delivery,  and here the amps are monsters,  and yes,  you tell me how the amps are with the Ascents.   I installed an Ascend system with regular monos an I found it to be really good,  but again,  the only thing that counts is your preference and taste.
