BP 25 remote membrane
« on: 12 Apr 2016, 04:36 pm »
Hi James,

I contacted Bryston USA to see if I could get a new membrane for the BP-25 machined aluminum remote. The answer is that Bryston no longer carries the membrane and we should buy the new style remote. Unfortunately that's never going to happen, as I prefer the old simplistic approach to controlling the Pre-amp. Do you have any NOS membranes available on the shelf I can purchase. The remote works, but the membrane has worn through on the volume down button. Black tape looks ugly. Any help would be appreciated. I'd bet there is something laying around. The membrane measures 2 and 1/16ths x 3 and 15/16ths.

Hi James,

Any reason Mike does not answer his emails after several attempts?

James, my BP-25P machined aluminum remote suffers from the same Mark's does.

I would feel happy if Mike finds another new membrane for mine.

Fernando.
