I am about ready to remove the GR-Research version of the BG NEO3PDR and replace it with a stock BG NEO3PDR for use in my open baffle planar speakers.  They have only had fast on connectors on them, so never been soldered in place.  I can adjust my digital crossover to work with the stock BG's, so no need to have this specific pair.

If someone wants a very good pair of low hour drivers, I plan to sell them for $150/pair plus shipping.  I have the Parts Express plastic boxes for the stock NEO3PDR's I can use to repackage them.  I bought them directly from Danny for this project awhile ago.  They sound really good in my speakers.

This will give one person a chance to build an N-series speaker or other that uses Danny's NEO3PDR.  I still have another pair in my N2x speakers, so not without a set at my place.  I have the NOS BG NEO3PDR's now, so can swap them at any time.

All of my N series kits use the base model Neo 3 pdr, but they will need the face plates and deep back cups for them to work.

That custom version that you have can be used in the NX-Otica though. But there is also a version of the NX-Otica for the base model Neo 3 prd tweeter too. I designed networks for each of them.

I have the deep cup backs for these and will send them with the drivers.  No faceplates with this pair.

They have the faceplates on PE again as well.

Not clear on this HAL. Do you have a source or a hidden stockpile of the Neo3 pdr drivers now? You may want to clarify if that was your only pair. Lots of builders have Neo lust out there.

I had one pair of Danny's version of NEO3PDR's that are sold to mlundy, which he should have shortly.  They were for my open baffle planar speakers and now have a stock pair of BG NEO3PDR's I bought.

No need for stockpiles, as the standard version BG NEO3PDR is available via Parts Express.  Danny I think has modified certain speaker crossovers to work with those.

I am waiting to get more of the stock NEO3PDR's.  Latest I heard is that they should be available in July.  I preordered mine.

Can the PDR version be used in the NX-Otica once you remove the back cup?  I was hoping they would become available so I could coax Danny into doing a monitor version.  I have room for a pair of 12inch H- Frames or the NX-Oticas but not both. 

I also saw the Neo3W version also with a removable backcup.  I'm not sure what the practical difference is.

The problem is yo uneed someone to cut the wave guides  for the Neo3 PDR. I had 2 pairs of early prototype baffle I cut into  MTm's for a couple guys but I don't have any more right now.  If we get any more miscuts or  errors and the top section  is  in good shape,  I'll shoot you a PM
