Plugging ports
« on: 3 Apr 2016, 02:03 pm »
I have a pair of XLS monitors that serve as the mains in my HT setup.  I'm moving and will need to move them to within 4" of the front wall.  They are rear-ported.  Will they work this close to the wall, and if not would I be able to resistively plug the port (e.g., with a foam plug)?

Thanks,
R

You can run them in that air space sealed with no problem. Try them each way and see what you think.
