I'm the second owner of this power conditioner.  It also functions as a surge protector and voltage regulation.  The condition is very good and has operated flawlessly.  On the front face it has micro scratches from when I used vibrapod points under neath it.  You can only see these in the right lighting, so they are not visible in the picture.  This Haley is the older version and not the latest version.  Does not include a power cable.
