It looks like an MK II to me... Doesn't look like 2005 version.
It is definitely a MK II replica. That being said, from the power train and suspension info it should be a bit more civilized than the original, though not nearly as refined as a new GT40. Both models have wide sills, however, so are a challenge to enter and exit.
