I don't think so. Basic instructions are on the back cover. You need test equipment for azimuth. Check this out:

It's a misconception that azimuth depends on the tip being perfectly vertical (side to side) in-groove. It's the coils or armature that must be parallel to the record surface which is more likely (I think) in a mass produced cart.
Anyway, if you don't have Feikert software, you can get pretty close with a decent output display, but it's a little tricky to get it perfect. You'll have to fine tune by ear. When you get it real close you'll hear it.
