A simple introduction. Live in the Madison, Wisconsin area. Have been interested in audio since the early 70s, when I lived in Morgantown, WV. Purchased a classic beginner system with a Sherwood receiver, Dynaco A25 speakers, Garrard turntable and Panasonic cassette deck. Never lost interest in gear. Collected a lot of vintage gear for many years before selling off a great deal of it over the past 5 years. But still have enough gear to outfit 3 full systems with a few parts left over.
Worked at West Virginia University for several years, followed by 25 years at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
