being discontinued and replaced by the RS760s. They have been used,
but not abused in a smoke, pet and child free house. I am selling because
I have finished a few of the
GR Research X-series kits and am transitioning
to an all X-CS and X-Omni surround system for both music and home theater.

I have found the voicing of the speakers to be somewhat warm and laid-back
sounding. There is no listener fatigue with these. Their mid-bass is full sounding
and they do well without using a subwoofer. I have driven them on occassion with
numerous different amplifiers ...they do need about 100 watts/ch to make them
really sing.

Sold:$325 USD for the pair, plus the actual shipping charges, insurance
and 'signature confirmation of delivery' fee. Payment may be made by USPS

are accepted, but items will not ship until the check clears at the bank. I will
ship via FedEx Ground (as this appears to be the only practical choice given

The OEM packaging is in excellent condition and will be resused.
Each speaker is first covered in the original white cotton shroud,
then heavy foam spacers and end caps are placed. They are then
packed into double cardbord boxes. I have reenforced all the seams
and corners of the boxes with gratuitous amounts of clear packaging
tape.
