I have a closing this morning on some new property.
It is just two tenths of a mile outside the city limits of Iowa Park. It gives me long over due and much needed space. It includes 14 acres of land and a 6,000 square foot shop. Now I even have room to grow. And the new listening room will be made from a room that is 16 feet by 45 feet.
I love a deep listening room .
This will give me the space to add more assembly and production services that I have been turning away for years.
And I'll still be bringing in shipping containers for storing product in so I don't take up valuable shop space.
Our phone number will remain the same and it should be a seamless transfer. It involves some remodel and renovation though. So I may not make the actual move for about four months or so. I need to gravel a parking lot and make it a bit more truck accessible too.
I may need to have a moving sale or two....
