FS: Enclosures for MBOW1.
« on: 15 Dec 2015, 04:16 am »
:thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:Bought these professionally made cabinets for a project that never got off the ground.  Veneer is Fiddleback English Sycamore.

Dennis Murphy's MBOW1 plans: http://murphyblaster.com/content.php?f=MBOW1.html  (Think of this as a better version of the GR AV1).

Cabinets confirm to Dennis Murphy's specs (12.5"H x 10.5"D x 8"W), are made of 3/4" MDF and do not have an internal brace (line with BH5 if you desire).  http://murphyblaster.com/files/MB1_Enclosure_Drawings.pdf

Make me an offer.

His point is that you need to put a price on them per AC policy.

I suppose he could have been more helpful and less flippant, especially since he's representing AC.  It's a good policy, and one that has changed since I last posted a FS ad a few years ago.

$225 OBO plus actual cost of shipping.  Will only ship within continental USA.

Cabinets are designed for GR Research M130 woofer, which both the MBOW1 and AV1 use.

Folks interested in building the MBOW1 will buy these.  Most will already know what they are.  Those that don't will be smart enough to click the link in the first post to enlighten themselves.  Having done neither, please go away and have a nice day.   :)
