I purchased these in kit form several years ago. These are fantastic speakers, and I'm only selling them because I upgraded to Gedlee Abbeys. These are the original version with MDF cabinets; however, I upgraded the crossover parts to Mills resistors and Sonicap capacitors. Earl has a rather extreme lead time these days, plus he no longer sells the Nathans. They are wrapped in a maple veneer and the baffle and back of the speakers are painted, they have a satin sheen. Unfortunately, the veneer has a few small bubbles and there are a few small nicks in the paint from moving several times. The bases of the stands are 1.5" MDF and top is 0.5" MDF. The center column is hollow and fillable with sand/shot. They put the center of the waveguide at ~40".

Asking $
1400 1250 for the speakers and matching stands (less than the cost of the parts alone). I do have boxes and styrofoam packaging I have used to move the speaker several times, and it would probably survive shipping, but I would prefer a local, DC area, sale.
