Anyone know why I'm getting no sound out of my Chord EX with a Regen?

Running the ex driver? With computer on is it recognizing the chord? Mac or PC?
Try unplugging the USB cable and back in again.
The chord has to be selected in the sound control panel on PC.
Regen powered? More details.

See if the regen needs to be on when you turn on the computer. I could be wrong - I am trying battery power on several items and have plugged and unplugged a lot of things today.

I just tried rebooting with the Regen plugged in. Still no sound. I'm using a CAPS PC with JRiver, chord ex driver.
Thanks

Rebooting is all that would work for me to get it to be recognized. Ultimately I sold the regen as it did not enhance my EX experience.

Adding a Regen creates a new USB path for your DAC. Just reinstall the DAC driver with the Regen in place, and all will be good.
