Replacement Transistors

Replacement Transistors

I need to replace a couple of transistors, they have these numbers SIVN 10K 1247 and the other is 78M185E  TL317C  TI.
Can someone verify they are transistor and recommend a good brand to replace these with.

A TL317C is an adjustable voltage regulator.
A 78M18 is a 18 Volt regulator.
You may have bigger problems, than you think.

Thanks, I'm not replacing them because they are bad, I'm building a new circuit board for a tube buffer as there was a problem with the tube sockets.
