In late spring I sold off my Garrard 401 set up and replaced it with two Pioneer PLX-1000 direct drive turntables.  One table was set up for stereo and the second unit for mono.  Up for sale is the stereo set up.  I am keeping the other unit for mono.  I have been extremely happy with the performance of these tables and I challenge anyone to find a rig costing less than $2,500 that sounds better.  I don't think it can be done.  This sale includes the following items:

Pioneer PLX-1000 turntable - MSRP $699
Audio Technica OC9/MKIII Moving Coil Cartridge - MSRP $499
Herbies Audio Lab Way Excellent II matt - $80
Audio Technica MG-10 Headshell - $40
_______________________________________ __________

Total invested      $1,318

Asking price is a very reasonable $900 and I don't think you will be able to find a better sounding analogue system at this price point.

The turntable will ship in the original box with the owner's manual, original headshell, and original felt and rubber matts.

The table and cart have an estimated 60 hours on them.

Buyer to pay shipping and insurance costs.  Shipping weight is about 35lbs.  I will only ship to the lower 48 states.

I accept PayPal.

Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Not even a nibble or offer?  Ok, withdrawn.  I'll list it on eBay tonight.

Why "withdraw" it (whatever that means).   Is there any reason it can't be available on more than one marketplace?
