Introduction to brian_c2000
« on: 24 Sep 2015, 06:39 am »
Hi,

My name is Brian (username brian_c2000) and have been an audio afficiando since high school back in the mid 70's while listening to my dad's Quadraphonic system wired up throughout the house (couldn't escape it if I wanted to), large collection of vinyl (including many 78's) for classical and folk music.  I now have a nice system with a focus on the tube sound and vinyl.  I keep tweaking and updating my system, like so many of us do, not because I don't like what I have, but because it is fun.

It is nice to meet everyone at AudioCircle.

Thanks,
  Brian

Quadraphonic and the 70s?  A childhood friend of mine had his bedroom set up with quad and use to play "Tubular Bells" from THE EXORCIST soundtrack.  Talk about a strange and wonderful experience.  Thanks for reminding me of the quad sound and glad you're here.
