If you could snap your fingers, what would you pick?

If you could snap your fingers and have one component inserted into your system then back again for some comparisons, what would it be? You can assume that if you need a piece to go with it that would be there too. For example, I would love to have a pair of Maggies inserted into my system. I would probably need a little more juice so I would need a bigger amp to go with it. But I would really like to hear these ribbons just for the night.

I'd like to try something that I might be able to buy, but that's typically difficult to do...

That kind of leans towards speakers I think since so many 'dream speakers' tend to be large, and other 'dream componenets' are pretty much all smallish boxes of electronics.

So that'd be the GR Research Alphas or the VMPS RM40 or X.

Since hearing a smaller VMPS should be not too difficult and give me somewhat of an idea what a larger scale version would sound like, I'd pick the Alpha since it's a kit and pretty rare I think for people who've heard them.

Also because that's what I think my next speaker will be, and pretty much impossible to test out before I bought the kit so some finger snapping magic sounds pretty good.
