These are 95 dB 4 ohm speakers, great for low powered tube amps. They were designed specifically for the Decware 2 watt Zen amps, like the SE84CKC and prior vintages of that amp, or the select version of that amp, the SE84CKCS:

In one of the pictures it looks like there are white scratches along the top edge. Those are just light reflections. All edges are perfect, no scratches or even swirl marks in the finish anywhere.
Dave Dutill of Parker Audio built them. Dave told me in a phone conversation that he is no longer making these because the drivers became too expensive, although he continues to make custom speakers He sourced the cabinets from China.
