Spectacular sounding DAC from the good folks at Sonic Frontiers (now serviced by PartsConnxion) up for sale. This DAC has been upgraded from a MKI to a MKII (which explain the labels) and has been given a clean bill of health with most parts being replaced, including the DAC modules from PC within the last year. Low usage with less than 100 hours of playback since. Fitted with some nice NOS Russian tubes. Condition is set at "very good" because of age and the labels on the front panel. Those were done by PartsConnxion when sent in for servicing/upgrading and are not aftermarket so no issues with warranty or service if needed down the road. The slightly lower price is indicative of this cosmetic imperfection. Other than that, looks and operates perfect.
