These are in excellent condition. I've used them for a couple years, but now they have been replaced (I like to try different cables). I've heard other great cables that sound a bit different, but nothing that I could say clearly 'bested' these.
This particular pair was custom made specifically for amplifiers with screw-down binding posts, as is commonly seen on older / vintage amplifiers. Specifically, one end of the cables are terminated with a flat 'key' with is an extension of the flat conductors that constitute the cable it's self, soldered together. This provides the widest and most direct connection to screw-down or clamp-down terminals.
On the other end are a set of spades. The pictures perhaps do more justice than my words do...
