I am the second owner, bought in 2011. Unit is in excellent condition with no scratches, A-stock, smoke free home (conservatively Agon 8/10). This a great sounding receiver with HDMI and works perfectly. If you don't need more than 7.1 and 1080p video, this will work great. Chance to get a flagship quality unit for really cheap.
Has Denon's Advanced AL 24+ processing for great sound on DVD Audio, CD, SACD or any Hi-Rez, DTS-HD, Dolby True HD, etc
