IC's are like new. The Eichmann connectors were a $100 option. Aside from better signal transmission than standard connectors, I find Eichmanns to fit on RCA inputs beautifully. They just glide on and have a nice snug hold. Not too tight. Not too loose. You'll appreciate this when you try them for yourself.
