gene9p is quite correct. Most if not all the products they sell are purchased by them from dealers or distributors who are going (or have gone) out of business. They are NOT authorized dealers for most things they sell, and as such, cannot (in good faith) promise or provide the warranty offered by the manufacturers. They claim to offer their own warranty, but service would not be provided by the manufacturer of any given product.
