No.... they are rated for 220V operation but you don't hook up anything any different for 115V operation. The input live & neutral hook up to the two locations closest to the relay. The output goes on the two furtherest from the relay. You can power it up and measure the voltage and see it jump when the relay kicks in just to check that you have it wired correctly. I do this for every unit I install just to check that the relay is working as expected.
