Why such a negative response from (BIC) Manf's, when looking for a print of their circuits?
Case in point.. find a print for ANY of the BIC plate amps..

No problem though..
I've bought my last BIC item for this lack of respect for their customer base..
Fair product line & Zero customer service = end of the line for me..  pc

Have you tried asking any other plate amp manufacturer for a print of their circuits?

Are you a BIC plate amp owner who has suffered a maintenance issue?

How did you word your request to BIC?

Have you opened up your plate amp to see how it is put together?
