Great Blues Cuts NOT on a Blues Album/CD

I often run across great blues cuts on CDs which are not blues oriented overall.
Let's see if we can give this thread some legs all you blues lovers, eh? ...

First entry is from Santana, off of their first release, self-titled, track "You Just Don't Care". The only blues song on the album, but boy, it's a good 'un.

Well I can stretch my legs on this one Rocka-D. My vote is Boz Scaggs "Boz Scaggs", "Loan Me a Dime".
Having recently escaped the Steve Miller Band, Scaggs debuted this fine solo album in 1969 with the stalwart Muscle Shoals studio session players of Barry Beckett on keyboards, Roger Hawkins on drums and David Hood on bass as well as guests Duane Allman and Tracy Nelson. But it's Allman who really shines on this record and especially on the extended jam that is the stand-out blues cut "Loan Me a Dime". Even though much of the album has a bluesy sound there's enough country, soul and RnB overtones to it to keep it from being categorized as purely a Blues record. Great stuff still.
