Onkyo DV-SP1000 is it out yet? Anyone heard it?

Seems expensive compared to the Denon 3910.

Seems like the Onkyo is tops in terms of audio quality... but is it worth 2x the 3910? that's what i'm debating right now. $1k goes a long way towards a bunch of mods. if you are uncomfortable with mods, then the onkyo seems to be the universal player to get.

Doesn't the Onkyo convert SACD to PCM?? If so, what's the point?
