This is an interesting program I ran across on the xda developersdotcom website.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/debloater-remove-carrier-bloat-t2998294For devices it can work with it allows you to block any process on the phone from operating WITHOUT rooting the phone. This means an end to manufacturer and carrier installed bloatware. It apparently will allow you to rid yourself of annoying and unwanted features that you never wanted in the first place.
Don't forget to install the phone manufacturers USB supporting device driver.
If your device is not compatible and actual blocking can not be done it will disable and hide the offending software.
