PS Audio Statement.
I have all PS Audio cables, so I thought I'd try to match. Plus, I sent them some ratty old cables and got 40 percent off.

Eichmann eXpress 6.
Why? They sound better than anything else I've tried.. Analysis Plus, Zu Wax, Ridge Street Gen II.
The Bayonet banana Plugs provide air tight contact, acting as if they expand once inserted.
Got mine from Mike at Cryotweaks w/ free cryogenic treatment.

RS Audio silver.  They were a great price for a great performer.  I love the sound of pure silver ICs and SCs.

Ridge Street Poiema! because they sound better to me than any other speaker cable I've tried in my system.

Bolder Nitro is a close second, to me in my system.

My own design.  (inspired by Spectron's Remote Sense cables, these are "Remote Sense" as well).

I am in the Julian (of Sedona Sky or whatever) camp that believes in biwiring with fat cables on bottom (imo don't have to be expensive here) and good thinner cables on top of high quality design and purity (Audience AU24 comes to mind but silver cables would work well too).  Of course, I do not have this now as I am using something way different because my amp likes it.

I use Anticables by Paul Speltz:

I've tried a total of 11 pairs of cables ranging in price from 100 to 750 and these are without a doubt the best of the bunch...remarkable sound. At $50 for a 5' pair you should really give them a try.

For my 2-way front-channel LRs, I use AudioQuest Double-BiWired KE-4 on the treble and KE-6/8* on the bass/MR.  For my 3-way center, an Aerial CC-3B, I use AQ DBW KE-6/8 on the MR/treble and very-inexpensive Type 6 on the bass.

I too love the sound of silver-conductor speakercable when executed correctly, and AQ seems to do it VERY correctly.  I had bought a pair of used AQ Argent+ cable that is comprised of 2-different-sized silver conductors--19- and 21-gage--and 2 pairs of 17g. Functionally Perfect Copper-6.  The silver conductors sounded much better than otherwise-good-sounding copper-conductor cable, that I actually considered remaufacturing my own multiple-silver-conductor cable.  However, I came to my senses (I think) and bought new.  EVERY change to my system this year has improved its sound, and this new AQ cable was a BIG improvement, even over the older silver stuff I was using.

Gorgeously smooth, clean, detailed treble and midrange, and tight, tuneful, authoritative bass--what more could I ask for?

* AQ introduced it as KE-6, having 3-different-sized (17-, 19-, and 21-gage, I believe) pairs of super-hi-quality silver conductors.  It now has 4 pairs of conductors--16-, 18-, 19-, and 21-gage, which makes it lots easier to single-biwire with.  Same with the all-copper CV-6.

What: DIY litz-wire. My speakers are penta-wired with conductor sizes ranging from 18 to 9 awg made with bundles of 44 awg magnet wire arranged in a star-quad geometry.

Why: More neutral, transparent, and coherent than anything I could buy.

I use a set of Cat5e cables that I made up.  Essentially teflon coated, 24 gauge solid copper strands, housed in a Techflex braid.  The + and - are each 16 strands, so the whole cable is 32 strands.

Simple, sound better than other cables I have had, and cost me very little - I will explore speaker cables once I think I have established the basis of the system, to optimize tuning, assuming I hear anything better that I can afford...

DIY.  Both for economy & because I needed longer runs that you normally see commercially.  I'm a cable agnostic, anyway.

After reading the speaker wire round-up in the Absolute Sound, I have been using Home Depot outdoor extention cord.

I bi-wire using 12 gauge for the bass drivers and 14 gauge for the midrange/tweeter on my 3 front speakers and single run 10 gauge on the 3 rears.

Sounds as good as anything that I have had in my system and it's cheap.

I use the Synchestra speaker cables also.  Awesome cables and at very reasonable price for silver cables.

Groneberg. I use Odyssey amp and preamp, Groneberg ICs, and Groneberg speaker cables. Tough to beat the sound, price, and Klaus Bunge's advice & service, before and after the sale.  :D

I'm running Cryotweaks Silver/copper, (yea, yea I know), with great results. The old silver and copper doesn't mix isn't happening here. I enjoy these bi-wire cables made up of 3x 14ga per + and - respectively for bass, and 2x 14ga per + and - for tweets. For the money, I feel that they are very good. The highs are excellent without the nasties expected with silver clad copper. The bottom end is just as solid as with copper based cables. At least, that's what I'm hearing.

I use Canare 4s11 with Analysis Plus spade, Techflex, heat shrink to build my own speaker cable. Sounds great and doesn't cost a fortune.
