The Ground Disruptor eliminates noise on the ground plane of a system. There is noise on the Ac current, but there is also noise on the ground leg of the circuit. This piece funnels this noise through two passive filers and eliminates its effects. It also contains the Audio Magic Pulse Generator module that deals with RF and EMI noise in the signal path. Typically this component is installed on an unused RCA jack of a pre-amp, and will deal with the ground and other noise issues in the signal path.
List is $700 for this unit, although prices have risen and the current units sell for $850.
