The only editing power a facilitator has is to move the whole thread into quarantine, and he can delete his own post (if he finds himself to be a troll on his own circle

Louis used to be able to delete trollish posts, but that was taken away by the powers that be and in reality empowering the trolls to come in and wreck a good thread.
