PS Audio TRIO P-200 gain cell pre-amp. Part of the narrow chassis range of equipment designed for PS by Rick Cullen / Cullen Circuits (now Wyred 4 sound).
Build quality is superb and this particular one, like the other equipment I'm listing, lived it's life stored in a closet until last year. Now that the genie is out of the bottle, the upgrade bug has been biting.
Based on Gain Cell technology, the P200 preamplifier does not attenuate (and degrade) the incoming source signal. Instead,
the P200 uses a variable gain amplification stage that enables adjustment of gain via the front panel control or the remote control, without attenuating the signal.The P200 features three single ended RCA inputs and a balanced XLR and single ended RCA output. The P200 is a basic design in terms of features, but holds nothing back in terms of performance.
Comes complete with original box, manual, remote control, power cable and packaging. Happy to demo in North Phoenix, AZ.
The only blemish I can find is a T shaped scratch on top as shown in photo 3. This photo does also show marks on the front face, but I'm unable to see them in normal light.
