Lois McMaster Bujold's Vorkosigan saga should get the Game of Thrones treatment by one of the premium channels, Netflix or Amazon.

The Bible.

There already hundreds of movies based on the Bible!  Plus, the Bible is an enormous book...Do you mean one movie to cover the entire book? :o

They're all pretty inaccurate, though. But yes, the entire thing.
Hey..."Lawrence of Arabia" was something like an eight hour movie, right?
There are six Star Wars, there's about 12 hours. There's like 10 Start Treks, that's about 20 hours.
I say bring it on, do it right, and make it accurate. Make it epic.  8)

Hi, as a war movie buff I don't think anyone has touched the greatest naval battle of all, the battle of the Leyte Gulf. They did Midway but used Charlton Heston and Eric Estrada. There was a small Fletcher class destroyer for the U.S. called the Johnston which left the convoy and attacked massive sized Japanese battle wagons which is just one of many stories that should be told to the American public let alone the strategy involved with several different fleets. What modern guy could play Bull Halsey, maybe Deniro?......Fred Mertz, William Frawley from the Lucy Show would have been good if made earlier.Ed Asner and William Demerest,Uncle Charley, would have been good too....oops, I forgot the Duke. I just figured out the cinema has run out of old tough guys except that guy on the Total Fitness machine...Mark Korda

Title: President Bill Clinton Gets a Time Machine.

Synopsis: Goes back in time to steal Marilyn Monroe from the Kennedys and returns with Marilyn disguised as a presidential aide.  Hillary not too happy at first but eventually steals Marilyn for herself.

I would have liked to have seen the folks trying to create "The Official Shawn Lane Documentary" reach their fundraising goal.  I hope they try again.  I'll do what I can to spread the word.

Wouldn't that be called Primary Colors II? :green:
