TS3 internals

I have big problems with dust and smells and normally avoid ported speakers (as I can't have them at home). At the same time I have just bought a SET amp and read so many nice things about single driver speakers and SET. Because of that have some questions:
If I have a TS3 without any damping material (pure wooden cabinet - no fiberglass, foam etc.) and remove the driver can I then reach all of the cabinet interior with my hand to clean it with a damp cloth thru the driver opening?
Will the speaker work reasonably well damped with something washable (or changeable) like quilted polyester (or am I better off with a sealed multi driver speaker like Heresy)?
Is it possible to order a TS3 without damping material (or damped with something removable - not fiberglass)?

Hi Ronnie,
You can order the speakers with Acousta stuff which is not harmful or has any odor to it at all.
I don't use fiberglass insulation at all. The newest damping is Polyurathane foam rubber.
Thanks again and talk to you soon,
Louis
