Original owner selling Pure Sound M845 single ended triode mono amplifiers rated at 27 watts pure class A. These amps provide the single ended sound with real world power. They drove my Acoustic Zen Crescendo MkII exceptionally well in a large room. The amps would also be an excellent choice for owners of Daedalus and Devore speakers, among others. My new 110 db horns will be delivered next month, hence the reason for sale.
The amps were designed by Guy Sergeant, a veteran of the British hifi industry (e.g., Audio Innovations, Voyd), and manufactured in China. PureSound is imported to the US by Highwater Sound. The build quality is excellent, they are very quiet and reliable. There are many favorable impressions posted online.
Retail is $10,000/pair. Asking $6,000/pair plus ship. Sold with stock tubes, but have Sophia Electric 845 and NOS 6SN7 ad 5U4G available that completely trick out this amp, which responds favorably to tube rolling.
