We are just about complete with our Statement mods on the Jolida 200 watt, 211 based mono bloc amplifiers, the JD3000A and Music Envoy System. Feeding these amps will be a new Statement version of the 3000B tube preamp and our latest addition, the Jolida JD100 CD player which is also getting the same mods as the preamp. The JD3000 Mono blocs will be using the new SoniCap Platinum Teflon caps in the coupling location as well as a combination of Dale/Vishay and Riken Ohm resistors. An upgraded power supply is also imployed
Our website states the use of Sonicap capacitors in the preamp but we are experimenting and auditioning a new capacitor that has not yet even hit the market. The newest version of this preamp will sell for about $500 more than the SoniCap version.
There is no information on our website about these new capacitors as we cannot disclose any information at this time. I will keep this thread as well as the site updated as things progress. All these pieces will be rady for audition in our New York facility by the middle to end of October!!
