Here is a black NuForce DIA used since 12/2013 (original owner). The amp has never been pushed as my living arrangements dictate that I keep the peace.
The amp is extraordinarily versatile provided you don't need analog inputs. Built in DAC, amplification for speakers, and a 3.5mm out that can be used for variable sub or headphones (to switch to headphones, a combination of buttons must be pressed -
not up, down, up, down, left, right, B, A, start).

Cosmetically, near perfect. Everything that came with the amp is included - remote, power supply, stand, manual, and box. I will also include a 3ft fiber optic Belkin Pure AV cable.
Performance wise, expect to hear a good quality digital amp. This amp likely is an ideal candidate for battery usage as well (I spoke to NuForce and they confirmed a battery supply not exceeding 15V would work perfectly fine). The amp has no capacitors and it would seem like that would aid in taking advantage of battery's ability to deliver large amounts of power quickly.
