The deals I have been getting at PE wholesale were bettered by madisound. Now madisound doesnt have the huge inventory that PE does, but for speakers that they both carry and essentials I dont know if I will bother with PE anymore. I always like giving business to the little guy anyway. BTW, supposedly audax is getting out of the highend home audio business so if you are fond of their drivers you should pick them up soon. Madisound said they recieved their last shipment from them ever this month. I found that shocking but apparently they folded due to chinese competition and will focus now on car speakers???????

I've been doing business with Madisound for over 20 years now and they are really nice people to deal with. Audax really hasn't been a force in home audio for quite some time now. In my opinion they waited too long to revamp their line and by the time they did the other European suppliers were still making better products for less money than Audax. With the other Harman brands they are pretty strong in the OEM car market so it makes sense for them to concentrate on that. China is changing the whole speaker market both in raw speakers and finished products.
