Designed and Manufactured in Italy,  The speakers are in excellent working and cosmetic condition.  They were part of an under utilized second system prior to moving to a much smaller place.  - They have been used responsibly in a non smoking household.  slight crease in fabric on dome tweeter. ( was like that since I bought them).
