HI James,
Im considering a passive dipole and stereo sub option
http://www.quad-musik.de/html/sub63qa.html to go with my Quad ESLQA's, custom built at QuadMusikwiedergabe
http://www.quad-musik.de/html/esl63qa.htmlWent over to Gering yesterday, as was astonished (and sold....) at the level of improvement between the regular ESL and the rebuilt QA version.

Hopefully i can use my 10bsub crossover, but im not sure which amp to use for the 2 subs, one per channel obviously. And, how would one adjust volume level on these, assuming they are not dealt with by the bp26.
My current Rel b1 is active (has its own amp, and volume adjustment), and even so has an extra resistance built in the connecting cable, to match the volume on my regular ESL 63, crossing over at 90hz. Works wonders, even in Mono setting.
Hope te achieve an even better system with the dipole stereo subs, but need some extra guidance ....
Please give me your thoughts?
Thnks,
Marius
