Hey guys I was thinking about making a pair for a woodshop. They could be 4 cubic feet no issue, as in space is abundant. But I have no desire to drop much dough. Maybe some eminance coaxials in horns or something?

Any ideas?

This speaker is designed by Jeff Bagby and has good reviews and it is currently in stock. I have not personally heard this one but have recently completed some Volt-10s for the home theatre and they sound great! Great value.

$326 per speaker is a lot more than $68 or so. I'd use those in my home rig thou, or at least try em.

Here is another option. You can price this out pretty easily, but it will exceed your $68 per side budget a little:

I've heard the commercial version at LSAF and it sounds very good. The GRS woofer is very inexpensive and performs well in OB use.

That could be a good option but I have to come up with a creative way to seal the back from sawdust.
