This movie was thrilling, intense, fun, exciting, and a real work of art. Fantastic special effects, and a wonderful sound track to boot. The acting was first rate as well. Don't miss this Blue-Ray! I would think this might be one to own for those that collect great titles. One of the great action movies of 2014 for sure!! Stellar sound and picture quality!

I really liked it too.  I missed having Franco in it but in many ways it was better than the first one.  And I never would have believed it but it provides an Oscar-caliber performance from a computer generated digital character!

Watched this on Netflix yesterday on my stereo Home theatre, great movie, great sound.

But I gotta say if it were me instead of the 'do gooders' there wouldn't be a good outcome for the Apes under any circumstances except to put Caeser and his family in a zoo.

I would put down everyone of those apes that came about from a science lab experiment. And I most certainly wouldn't have asked their permission to unblock the dam.

It works, it just never came completely to the end the first time I watched it. It is playing now.
