Looking for a P-Audio BM12-CX38 ala Super V

I don't suppose anyone has a spare Super V coax kicking about they'd like to part with, or even the original BM12CX38? Somehow I've managed to blow the woofer section of one of them. I've spoken with the original suppliers about fixing it but they're somewhat reluctant - mostly because of the shipping situation, I'm waaay up north in Yellowknife, NT, Canada. I've talked to a couple different companies here in Canada but no one seems very keen on helping.

The original supplier says there are only 3 recone kits available in the States so I have asked him to send me one in case I do find someone to do it.

Any advice would be most welcome. I just finished a temporary baffle build in November and had tasted what was as close to musical Nirvana as I'd ever known in my own home, and then this happened.

Did you see this on eBay?

Wow.... Yeah. I guess it won't be cheap. This is all very disappointing.

I haven't a clue. I was using Elekit TU-879S. I had just replaced the original tubes with some Gold Lion KT-88s. It was sounding pretty good and then the other day I heard Time from Dark Side of the Moon on the TV and figured I just had to hear it on my system. It sounded like one of the tubes had gone wonky on me so I decided to swap the amp out. I wasn't using my subs with it anyways. So I hooked up my Virtue M-901 and it still sounded like crap. I swapped the cross-overs around since they are pretty much an outboard affair but the same speaker still sounds awful.

Gold Lion KT-88's are real nice tubes, I have them in my Music Reference RM-200 MKII. The RM-200 employs only a single pair per 100W channel, rather than the usual four. Makes re-tubing half as painful!

I'm thinking it's overkill for the TU-879S but when I built the amp I put in all the nice little upgrades I could - caps and volume control and the like. And don't you know that rolling tubes get's to be addictive. Really, just getting a new set in the mail and installing them is half the fun!
