It'll be interesting to see how these stack up - overpriced novelty or something worth listening to?
Time will tell.

Nice. Looks a small, over the ear phones, its not full size.
Good entry level for Gibson on phones land.

Headphones are about the only segment of audio that is growing, and here's another well known name looking to ride the wave with a "fashion statement" headphone.

I looked at the slideshow and noted the different versions; some appeared to be closed, some open. Most were marked 'Les Paul' although I noticed one marked 'SG', the guitar Les insisted his name come off of. At least one was clearly stamped 'prototype' so apparently the styling (the most important consideration in today's headphone marketplace) isn't settled yet.

Maybe they'll be OK, but I won't be seeking them out.
