Yesterday I received my order for this kit, but there was no amplifier included and nothing on invoice to indicate it's status (yes, I was billed for it). GR Research is now closed until Tuesday so I cannot get any answer from them about this until then. I am hoping it is being shipped separately from Rhythmic. Did those of you ordering this before me get the amp separately?
