I bought this here and am not sure what it is. Looks like 1 meter and copper foil.

I think that's the IC kit HtCoz (?) was selling sometime back.... that's Neotech 22g upocc copper litz wire in a white/black cotton jacket, ground wire and Eichmann plugs. I think he meant for the ground wire to just run side-by-side with the signal wire (the litz wire) inside the techflex. It'll make nice ICs for $55.
