Old 3B - Customer Feedback

Hi.

After using Classe Amplification for the past 15 years, one of my channels went out.  I had always wanted to try your product from reviews I've read over the internet and your unparalleled warranty.  I found a good deal on a 3BST with 4+ years remaining on the warranty, so I bought it.  I thought my Classe would be unbeatable for anywhere near it's price point.

But boy was I wrong!  The Bryston has so much more bass and clarity with far more channel seperation than my trusty Classe did!  I am impressed to say the least and you may have won me over for life.  I just wanted to thank you for bringing the pure joy out of music for me again.  Looking forward to changing out my surround amp now! It was a 3B-ST some 20 years ago I took home for an extended audition that sold me on Bryston as well, although I ultimately purchased one of the first B60's and still one of my favorite pieces of audio equipment.  Fast forward to a couple of days ago when I received the latest 3BSST2 and I am again VERY impressed.  I pulled my early 4BSST2 out of my bedroom system with a pair of Middle T's and installed the new 3BSST2.  After several hours of listening, I must say it sounds better overall, albeit with slightly less output capability.

I think Bryston understates the impact of the latest SST2 changes and I haven't even had the opportunity to spend time with the 14B, 7B, or 28B's that received ALL the changes.  Suffice it to say that I am not going anywhere for the next 20 years.  While I have flirted with, and even dated, other brands and technologies during those 20 years, I keep coming home to the "girl next door" that gets better looking all the time.

Between that first 3B and this latest 3B I have had nearly 50 (49 to be exact....will a BHA be 50?...), pieces of Bryston kit come through my systems over those 20 years and each one has been very enjoyable and helped increase the satisfaction I get out of listening to music and movies.   The very few issues I have had have been resolved fairly, quickly, and professionally.  Great products, great company, and great people.
