By their expressions wonder what they're listening to.

Hi all.
I went up to page 16th and it took me more than half an hour.
Very, very interesting , thanks Emil for the link.
Since I'm soon to be 67 years old,
all that vintage stuff brings back lots of very good memories.

Now it's time for the old fart to go bed, but tomorrow I will start from page 17
and try to go as far as I can.

Thanks again.

While only about a decade old (so not real vintage) - I like this one too - http://www.glacieraudio.com/new%20Glacier%20Audio%20Site/ads%20review%20event%20folder/Ads-jpegs/ASdecjan_lucky-pg2-3.jpg
I always liked the Carver Amazing. The marketing of this company is a very interesting case, it named Mark as a ''audio Guru''.
That would be a offense now adays.

Anyone got scans from Tech Hifi catalogs? They were my favorite.

Wow Prelude thanks!

My college roommate had one of those B&O 4000 tangential tracking turntables while I had a Nak 700.  We hid them inside an old wooden TV in our dorm room.

Any time folks. :thumb:
For sure they bring back memories.
JLM, I also had the Nak 700 not the mark2. I also had the 582Z till few years ago in mint condition in its original box with Naks tapes and the Nak demagnetizer.
I sold it to someone who still did not pay me the last $150. :duh:

Hi PRELUDE,
that's the first system at the early stage of my audiophile life that really impressed me.
It was at an exhibition in Montreal.
At the time, I thought that the singer was in the room with us.

Guy 13 on planet Vietnam.
The after is a mess... I could not live in a pig style like that...
He must have a lots of rattle out of all the small things...
