Has anyone tried or heard the Decware DM945 monitor speakers?  These speakers have been around for awhile and have been upgraded over time.  Interested in impressions.  Thanks!

The DM945 is characterized as having a "laid back midrange".

So what about the DM946 with added phase guides (+ $200) ?
