I have a Dodd Variable Gain 6H30 Preamp for sale. It comes with a remote. The preamp also has the following upgrades: Mundorf SIO caps and H/T bypass. Comes with 3 inputs and 2 outputs. The preamp is like new and comes with the battery and charger.

Why am I selling it? I bought it about a year ago and have probably used it 10 hours. I have 3 kids and a house I'm working on so critical 2 channel listening has gone by the wayside. All we do is watch movies and play video games. Along with "non-critical" music listening. I will be selling off the rest of my 2 channel system so take a look at my other listings. It is an amazing preamp and belongs in a system someone will actually appreciate it in.

Looking for $1500. I will consider trades for the following: Multi-channel power amp, multiple monoblock amps, a quality home theater preamp. Looking for at least 7 channels of amplification.

I have one very similar to this with the Mundorf SIO but no fancy chassis or HT bypass.  Yours is so much more beautiful!  If money wasn't an issue I'd have it for sure.  It was my first piece of tube gear and I really can't say enough good things about it.  Battery power results in a pitch black background.  I can hear the faintest buzz if I put my ear against my speaker grill with the volume at maximum!  With its variable gain, high input impedance/low output impedance you can use it with pretty much any source/power amp.  Good luck with your sale!
